A size 30 belt fits a 28" waist. Order your waist size or one above.
A. WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
B. HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
If you’re between sizes or prefer wearing your belt on the hips, we recommend sizing up.Each belt has 5 holes spaced 1 inch apart for adjustable comfort.
